Amazing App and Build Productive Buyer-Agent System! It's been about 5 years now that I've been using Homesnap, and it's been a wonderful experience! I use it to review the listing details before visiting the property with my new homebuyers. This app has allowed me to create highly successful customer engagement. Additionally, their Pro+ variant appeared in the top positions of Google Search. They have a strong online presence and excellent SEO! I wish their monthly fee was less expensive.

I recently subscripted to the Homesnap Pro... I recently subscripted to the Homesnap Agent Pro platform. The setup process was extremely smooth which gave me confidence in my investment. The support staff has been in constant contact to ensure I am getting the most and best use of the product. They also provide detailed guidance and support to help with any issues. She was prompt with her responses and very well versed with both the product and the means to resolve my problem. Customer service in general can be challenging from the consumer side, but my experience with Kaylee was nothing but terrific!!!

Do NOT get their concierge service Do NOT get their concierge service. It is a WASTE of money and you'll figure this out quickly enough but you'll be locked into a contract AND they lock-up your Google business acct to them, too. I am still trying to get them to turn OFF their control of my account two months later after six months of the worst results from ad spend I've seen. We got one deal closed from the effort. Terrible leads and customer service. The regular app is fine and helpful, but do not pay them extra money!!!

Bobby is an Asset. He was very helpful & took his time to fix the issue Bobby was very patient, helpful & thorough. I appreciate his professionalism. Highly recommend him to help with any issues promptly. I was needing to switch brokerage names & he was very knowledgeable & easy to deal with. Definitely 5 star review!!!!!
