Amazing App and Build Productive Buyer-Agent System! It's been about 5 years now that I've been using Homesnap, and it's been a wonderful experience! I use it to review the listing details before visiting the property with my new homebuyers. This app has allowed me to create highly successful customer engagement. Additionally, their Pro+ variant appeared in the top positions of Google Search. They have a strong online presence and excellent SEO! I wish their monthly fee was less expensive.

Showings on the go Homesnap is my go-to app when I'm on the road and clients have specific questions about a home while showing to clients. I like that it pulls up comparable listings in the building and neighborhood to include current active, contingent, and sold which helps me speak better to the market and value of the home. One critical data point missing is the HOA/condo fee.

Homesnap is a necessary tool for all… Homesnap is a necessary tool for all active agents and their clients to navigate the market in real time. It would be awesome if coming soon listing would be made available for clients to see as well.
