Bokun platform is good Bokun platform is good. We mainly use it as a booking management software. But marketplace contracts are useless tbh. Some don’t know to import products so you have to send all the information again to them. The fee is high as well. I feel Bókun should charge only for the features they use not the whole platform as a whole

I always found either a direct answer with the Bokun chat or a video call appointment option. So far I am very satisfied with my Bokun Pro subscription.

Customer service is always great and fast and if you really have deep and complicated questions they will always follow up over email. There is no booking software that can compete on price.

Something goes wrong all the time Something goes wrong all the time. Bokun is the most unorganised platform I have ever used. They continually cause problems with my bookings and the assistants promise the world and never deliver. I am done with them
