Using Bokun for 7 weeks now Using Bokun for 7 weeks now. I am quite happy with the app and very satisfied by the customer service. I had many questions or solutions to ask. I always found either a direct answer with the Bokun chat or a video call appointment option. So far I am very satisfied with my Bokun Pro subscription.

I can put all product with unlimited… I can put all product with unlimited product on one platform with active status and can determine which will can publish or no. And bokun also connected to all big player OTA. Help me to distributes product.

The product is amazing and optionsti… The product is amazing and optionsti are unlimited if you take the time to fully understand them . Customer service is always great and fast and if you really have deep and complicated questions they will always follow up over email. There is no booking software that can compete on price.

Truly horrible support - UPDATED Truly horrible support. Have been talking about issues with the Viator to Bokun connection a few times now. The usual response is "reconnect and wait 24 - 48 hours", which I have done multiple times now with no resolution to my issues whatsoever. When asked if I can be connected to a real engineer, they will not do so. I know there are real engineers at Bokun, because one helped me before and my issue was resolved really quickly. Why do I have to put up with this? Does Bokun care about costumers at all, do they actually care about supplying a decent platform? I am unsure at this point. UPDATE 24/03: After this review the issue was escalated and has finally been resolved. Was called by a representative which set up shorter lines of communication, so I guess some improvement has been made to the support side.
