Sending clients their consultation forms prior to their appointment saves use so much time. Our clients love the rewards system, and being able to check how many points within the client app. Staff love having the PhorestGo app being able to check their day before coming into work. We been using this software now for 2… We been using this software now for 2 years. I like most of what Phorest has to offer. The reason for giving 3 stars is that Phorest stops responding while you work on updates in inventory, prices etc. I have to shut down and restart, this is very annoying. And there seems to be no fix for that.
