GBAll in all Phorest it's great All in all Phorest it's great. We have considered changing because of its price but they do cover everything. Our customers love using the app to book appointments. And they love texts reminders. We did not like the update of the app we use on our phones, but are getting used to it. It can do so much more than we need it for. That's why price is high. They always help with any problems we have and quickly.

The step by step training videos were easy to follow and my team found them very helpful. From a business point the system set up was very quickly done at a time which who cause less disruption. This is not just an appointment booking program it’s a management and marketing tool to help run your business. GBBrilliant- not just software… Brilliant company- not just a software company, they're a business support company. There is so much within the software which saves a significant amount of time and money, such as marekting campaigns, wait list fucntionality, invite to google reviews (this more than tripled our new client visits) not to mention their workshops, auto emails for new clients and aftercare, e consulations and after 17 years has reduced our cashing up from 15-30mins to 5 mins. Would recommend.
