Complete rip off I am a previous customer and was let down from the very booked demonstration. They then overcharged thousands of pounds over and over again for a basic limited system. Do not use this company. Months and months of wrong charges, eventually I got fed up and used Timely instead for a fraction of the cost and better booking system.

Just love Phorest! Have been a loyal customer of Phorest since the very beginning, which probably says a lot about how good they are. The product is great, the support is great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm sure there a cheaper alternatives but in this case you definitely get what you pay for 100%.

Getting Better I've updated my review based on progress. Whilst things are improving and communication is much better, we are still weeks behind being fully up and running because of the delays. That being said, the more we are managing to get set up with the software, the more impressed we are with it. Let's hope this continues.

Sending clients their consultation forms prior to their appointment saves use so much time. Our clients love the rewards system, and being able to check how many points within the client app. Staff love having the PhorestGo app being able to check their day before coming into work.
