Just love Phorest! Have been a loyal customer of Phorest since the very beginning, which probably says a lot about how good they are. The product is great, the support is great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm sure there a cheaper alternatives but in this case you definitely get what you pay for 100%.

Complete rip off I am a previous customer and was let down from the very booked demonstration. They then overcharged thousands of pounds over and over again for a basic limited system. Do not use this company. Months and months of wrong charges, eventually I got fed up and used Timely instead for a fraction of the cost and better booking system.

They have changed the game with the online booking system and the customisable online deposit option. Which means the salon is no longer out of pocket when a client is a no show. I live the client reconnect function which effortlessly sends an email to clients who haven’t been in for a while, which further generates more income. I could not be without Phorest!!
