Sending clients their consultation forms prior to their appointment saves use so much time. They have changed the game with the online booking system and the customisable online deposit option. Which means the salon is no longer out of pocket when a client is a no show. We been using this software now for 2… We been using this software now for 2 years. I like most of what Phorest has to offer. The reason for giving 3 stars is that Phorest stops responding while you work on updates in inventory, prices etc. I have to shut down and restart, this is very annoying. And there seems to be no fix for that.
