GBAll in all Phorest it's great All in all Phorest it's great. We have considered changing because of its price but they do cover everything. Our customers love using the app to book appointments. And they love texts reminders. We did not like the update of the app we use on our phones, but are getting used to it. It can do so much more than we need it for. That's why price is high. They always help with any problems we have and quickly.

GBGetting Better I've updated my review based on progress. Whilst things are improving and communication is much better, we are still weeks behind being fully up and running because of the delays. That being said, the more we are managing to get set up with the software, the more impressed we are with it. Let's hope this continues.

FIZero support, obsolete and ugly software After finally signing up to their 1yr subscription the support has been non-existent. Support doesn't answer any questions or emails at all. They don't react to critical app errors or crashes. Phorest was founded in 2002 and that's very obvious from the looks and design of the Windows software. It's clearly from that era, still. It's clumsy, outdated, ugly and has zero configurability even in most basic features. Phorest is the last dinosaur in the modern era of web-based booking systems. It lacks upsell features, online booking customization and many other standard online booking features. I was promised by sales that there will be a web-based system coming in Q1/2022. That's my only hope, hence the 2nd star. Otherwise, in it's current state, I would stay very far away from this ancient relic. I cannot recommend this to anyone.
