The step by step training videos were easy to follow and my team found them very helpful. From a business point the system set up was very quickly done at a time which who cause less disruption. This is not just an appointment booking program it’s a management and marketing tool to help run your business. With access whilst not at reception means I can work from home to complete any marketing to go out at a time to suit me. I wished I had this years ago and fully recommend Phorest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GBBrilliant- not just software… Brilliant company- not just a software company, they're a business support company. There is so much within the software which saves a significant amount of time and money, such as marekting campaigns, wait list fucntionality, invite to google reviews (this more than tripled our new client visits) not to mention their workshops, auto emails for new clients and aftercare, e consulations and after 17 years has reduced our cashing up from 15-30mins to 5 mins. Would recommend.

GBInvest! You won’t regret it Phorest are just fantastic! I recommend this salon software to every salon owner I know. They have changed the game with the online booking system and the customisable online deposit option. Which means the salon is no longer out of pocket when a client is a no show. Their email campaigns have helped me generate thousands of additional income. I live the client reconnect function which effortlessly sends an email to clients who haven’t been in for a while, which further generates more income. I could not be without Phorest!!

GBGetting Better I've updated my review based on progress. Whilst things are improving and communication is much better, we are still weeks behind being fully up and running because of the delays. That being said, the more we are managing to get set up with the software, the more impressed we are with it. Let's hope this continues.
