They have changed the game with the online booking system and the customisable online deposit option. Which means the salon is no longer out of pocket when a client is a no show. Their email campaigns have helped me generate thousands of additional income. I live the client reconnect function which effortlessly sends an email to clients who haven’t been in for a while, which further generates more income. I could not be without Phorest!!

And they love texts reminders. We did not like the update of the app we use on our phones, but are getting used to it. It can do so much more than we need it for. That's why price is high. They always help with any problems we have and quickly.
