GBFurther review Further review. If i could give zero stars - I would. My money has "disapppeared" with these people. Just spoke to dreadful rude woman called Olga. Would not allow me to speak. Did not even ask my name!!.Yet again rubbish and incorrect information with GDPR. Dont book with these people - book direct with the salon. Definate complaint now to FSA and Information commissioner.

GBExcellent service from Phorest From day one I felt everyone at Phorest was committed to provide 150% quality service. Making sure that every question and concern what fully answered. The step by step training videos were easy to follow and my team found them very helpful. From a business point the system set up was very quickly done at a time which who cause less disruption. This is not just an appointment booking program it’s a management and marketing tool to help run your business. With access whilst not at reception means I can work from home to complete any marketing to go out at a time to suit me. I wished I had this years ago and fully recommend Phorest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GBComplete rip off I am a previous customer and was let down from the very booked demonstration. They then overcharged thousands of pounds over and over again for a basic limited system. Do not use this company. Months and months of wrong charges, eventually I got fed up and used Timely instead for a fraction of the cost and better booking system.

GBJust love Phorest! Have been a loyal customer of Phorest since the very beginning, which probably says a lot about how good they are. The product is great, the support is great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm sure there a cheaper alternatives but in this case you definitely get what you pay for 100%.
