More than happy Our salon has been using Phorest now for a few years and are more than happy with it. We switched from a “free” software package which just didn’t allow us the flexibility, marketing, reporting like Phorest does. The software is always improving and the development team always take on board suggestions from salon owners too. All in all Phorest it's great All in all Phorest it's great. We have considered changing because of its price but they do cover everything. Our customers love using the app to book appointments. And they love texts reminders. We did not like the update of the app we use on our phones, but are getting used to it. It can do so much more than we need it for. That's why price is high. They always help with any problems we have and quickly.
