Invest! You won’t regret it Phorest are just fantastic! I recommend this salon software to every salon owner I know. They have changed the game with the online booking system and the customisable online deposit option. Which means the salon is no longer out of pocket when a client is a no show. Their email campaigns have helped me generate thousands of additional income. I live the client reconnect function which effortlessly sends an email to clients who haven’t been in for a while, which further generates more income. I could not be without Phorest!!

All in all Phorest it's great All in all Phorest it's great. We have considered changing because of its price but they do cover everything. Our customers love using the app to book appointments. And they love texts reminders. We did not like the update of the app we use on our phones, but are getting used to it. It can do so much more than we need it for. That's why price is high. They always help with any problems we have and quickly.

Zero support, obsolete and ugly software After finally signing up to their 1yr subscription the support has been non-existent. Support doesn't answer any questions or emails at all. They don't react to critical app errors or crashes. Phorest was founded in 2002 and that's very obvious from the looks and design of the Windows software. It's clearly from that era, still. It's clumsy, outdated, ugly and has zero configurability even in most basic features. Phorest is the last dinosaur in the modern era of web-based booking systems. It lacks upsell features, online booking customization and many other standard online booking features. I was promised by sales that there will be a web-based system coming in Q1/2022. That's my only hope, hence the 2nd star. Otherwise, in it's current state, I would stay very far away from this ancient relic. I cannot recommend this to anyone.

I highly recommend Phorest. Phorest has all the features we need and so much more, the ability to sync with our online store make stock controls a breeze. Sending clients their consultation forms prior to their appointment saves use so much time. Our clients love the rewards system, and being able to check how many points within the client app. Staff love having the PhorestGo app being able to check their day before coming into work. And the support very quick response times. I highly recommend Phorest.

Excellent service from Phorest From day one I felt everyone at Phorest was committed to provide 150% quality service. Making sure that every question and concern what fully answered. The step by step training videos were easy to follow and my team found them very helpful. From a business point the system set up was very quickly done at a time which who cause less disruption. This is not just an appointment booking program it’s a management and marketing tool to help run your business. With access whilst not at reception means I can work from home to complete any marketing to go out at a time to suit me. I wished I had this years ago and fully recommend Phorest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
