The reason for giving 3 stars is that Phorest stops responding while you work on updates in inventory, prices etc. I have to shut down and restart, this is very annoying. And there seems to be no fix for that.

Further review Further review. If i could give zero stars - I would. My money has "disapppeared" with these people. Just spoke to dreadful rude woman called Olga. Would not allow me to speak. Did not even ask my name!!.Yet again rubbish and incorrect information with GDPR. Dont book with these people - book direct with the salon. Definate complaint now to FSA and Information commissioner.

Complete rip off I am a previous customer and was let down from the very booked demonstration. They then overcharged thousands of pounds over and over again for a basic limited system. Do not use this company. Months and months of wrong charges, eventually I got fed up and used Timely instead for a fraction of the cost and better booking system.
