Just love Phorest! Have been a loyal customer of Phorest since the very beginning, which probably says a lot about how good they are. The product is great, the support is great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm sure there a cheaper alternatives but in this case you definitely get what you pay for 100%.

Getting Better I've updated my review based on progress. Whilst things are improving and communication is much better, we are still weeks behind being fully up and running because of the delays. That being said, the more we are managing to get set up with the software, the more impressed we are with it. Let's hope this continues.

They have changed the game with the online booking system and the customisable online deposit option. Which means the salon is no longer out of pocket when a client is a no show. Their email campaigns have helped me generate thousands of additional income. I live the client reconnect function which effortlessly sends an email to clients who haven’t been in for a while, which further generates more income. I could not be without Phorest!!

All in all Phorest it's great All in all Phorest it's great. We have considered changing because of its price but they do cover everything. Our customers love using the app to book appointments. And they love texts reminders. We did not like the update of the app we use on our phones, but are getting used to it. It can do so much more than we need it for. That's why price is high. They always help with any problems we have and quickly.
