I highly recommend Phorest. Phorest has all the features we need and so much more, the ability to sync with our online store make stock controls a breeze. Sending clients their consultation forms prior to their appointment saves use so much time. Our clients love the rewards system, and being able to check how many points within the client app. Staff love having the PhorestGo app being able to check their day before coming into work. And the support very quick response times. I highly recommend Phorest.

More than happy Our salon has been using Phorest now for a few years and are more than happy with it. We switched from a “free” software package which just didn’t allow us the flexibility, marketing, reporting like Phorest does. The software is always improving and the development team always take on board suggestions from salon owners too. The onboarding process of transferring all appointments and client data from our previous software was easy and without any complications. Brilliant- not just software… Brilliant company- not just a software company, they're a business support company. There is so much within the software which saves a significant amount of time and money, such as marekting campaigns, wait list fucntionality, invite to google reviews (this more than tripled our new client visits) not to mention their workshops, auto emails for new clients and aftercare, e consulations and after 17 years has reduced our cashing up from 15-30mins to 5 mins. Would recommend.

Further review Further review. If i could give zero stars - I would. My money has "disapppeared" with these people. Just spoke to dreadful rude woman called Olga. Would not allow me to speak. Did not even ask my name!!.Yet again rubbish and incorrect information with GDPR. Dont book with these people - book direct with the salon. Definate complaint now to FSA and Information commissioner.
