The step by step training videos were easy to follow and my team found them very helpful. From a business point the system set up was very quickly done at a time which who cause less disruption. This is not just an appointment booking program it’s a management and marketing tool to help run your business. Complete rip off I am a previous customer and was let down from the very booked demonstration. They then overcharged thousands of pounds over and over again for a basic limited system. Do not use this company. Months and months of wrong charges, eventually I got fed up and used Timely instead for a fraction of the cost and better booking system.

More than happy Our salon has been using Phorest now for a few years and are more than happy with it. We switched from a “free” software package which just didn’t allow us the flexibility, marketing, reporting like Phorest does. The software is always improving and the development team always take on board suggestions from salon owners too. The onboarding process of transferring all appointments and client data from our previous software was easy and without any complications.
