GBFurther review Further review. If i could give zero stars - I would. My money has "disapppeared" with these people. Just spoke to dreadful rude woman called Olga. Would not allow me to speak. Did not even ask my name!!.Yet again rubbish and incorrect information with GDPR. Dont book with these people - book direct with the salon. Definate complaint now to FSA and Information commissioner.

GBInvest! You won’t regret it Phorest are just fantastic! I recommend this salon software to every salon owner I know. They have changed the game with the online booking system and the customisable online deposit option. Which means the salon is no longer out of pocket when a client is a no show. Their email campaigns have helped me generate thousands of additional income. I live the client reconnect function which effortlessly sends an email to clients who haven’t been in for a while, which further generates more income. I could not be without Phorest!!

FIZero support, obsolete and ugly software After finally signing up to their 1yr subscription the support has been non-existent. Support doesn't answer any questions or emails at all. They don't react to critical app errors or crashes. Phorest was founded in 2002 and that's very obvious from the looks and design of the Windows software. It's clearly from that era, still. It's clumsy, outdated, ugly and has zero configurability even in most basic features. Phorest is the last dinosaur in the modern era of web-based booking systems. It lacks upsell features, online booking customization and many other standard online booking features. I was promised by sales that there will be a web-based system coming in Q1/2022. That's my only hope, hence the 2nd star. Otherwise, in it's current state, I would stay very far away from this ancient relic. I cannot recommend this to anyone.

GBGetting Better I've updated my review based on progress. Whilst things are improving and communication is much better, we are still weeks behind being fully up and running because of the delays. That being said, the more we are managing to get set up with the software, the more impressed we are with it. Let's hope this continues.
