I've noticed that some users seem to be confused about why they would have to pay monthly service fees for a DNS product. For me it's actually the other way around—when a company offers free DNS hosting I wonder how they pay their networking and compute bills (hint: they either do the old bait and switch or sell you overpriced domains). The team constantly updates the product with new features, but I trust them to not lose sight of their core competency: managing domain names and DNS records, which they do exceedingly well.
