A good product supported by great people This product makes many claims in a competitive sector but our experience so far, is that everything promised has been delivered. The initial sales presentation and the onboarding experience has been very professional, while the support team have been responsive and helpful.

The percentage of productivity not accurate I can never go on productivity %. The percentage of productivity is not calculating correctly. unless there is a way to set this up, Sometimes some productivity hours are more than others however the percentage productivity sometimes shows less for a staff member who has more productivity hours.

Insightful is great with direct report Insightful is great with direct report, monitoring pc's and on time schedules.
