I make extensive use of Real-time insights as well as Time and attendance. It allows us to easily track our productivity.

The percentage of productivity not accurate I can never go on productivity %. The percentage of productivity is not calculating correctly. unless there is a way to set this up, Sometimes some productivity hours are more than others however the percentage productivity sometimes shows less for a staff member who has more productivity hours.
