Good Platform it was not complicated to use. Instructions were clear Only thing I think that can be added is Plagiarism detection. Some answers can be crammed by any online source and to make sure it doesn't happen there should be an AI speech detector for plagiarism

My opinion In my opinion, i feel the filtration process was fair, the knowledge the candidate has only gets reflected and the platform helps in choosing the right candidate without being biased. Interviwscale is making sure to choose the best fit person for a specific role. One Suggestion I would like to put is that it will be helpful if it can automate offer letter also for the candidates. It will be a real time saver.
