INMy opinion In my opinion, i feel the filtration process was fair, the knowledge the candidate has only gets reflected and the platform helps in choosing the right candidate without being biased. Interviwscale is making sure to choose the best fit person for a specific role. One Suggestion I would like to put is that it will be helpful if it can automate offer letter also for the candidates. It will be a real time saver.
