Best business operating software I have ever used The software is so easy to use, has great features, helps me run my meetings effectively in a short amount of time, and keeps my team focused. As a leader, the focus on KPIs is more valuable to my company than anything I ever have used and beats the heck out of spreadsheets. I know that we are focusing our attention in the right places. I don’t know any other software that we could be using that truly helps me focus on what really matters to move my company forward. And, even if there was, I wouldn’t even consider it over this one.

As a new member of the Catipult team As a new member of the Catipult team, I am always impressed with the complete build out and functionality this platform provides to a diverse set of users and audiences...not an easy task. I am excited to continue pressing forward and using this.

The onboarding process is very simple… The onboarding process is very simple along with the University functionality. The preloading of KPIs is a huge benefit of Catipult versus other systems in the marketplace as well.

The right combination of easy to use… The right combination of easy to use but as detailed as you want it to get. I like the pre-loaded KPI categories and benchmarks per industry and for the personal goals that are common for leaders.
