As a Fractional COO, I now smarter, more confident, and focused in my work. As a Fractional COO, I have so many pieces of a client's business that I need to manage while working to execute on our vision and strategy. From the first week of beginning to implement the Catipult process, I felt like I could do my job better and faster than ever before. Catipult's process along with the software gave me the ability to know what we, as leaders, need to focus on and what direction we need to drive our business. Catipult's software helps me see potholes along our path to growth that I never saw before. If I kept driving the business in that same direction, I would have hit those potholes as a major risk to the business that would have been a real challenge to recover from. I am grateful for the Catipult coaching support and tools to make me smarter and more confident that my client's businesses will grow and weather future storms like pros.

Driving Your Business Forward! Catipult gives business owners the critical metrics for you as a business owner and your business. The Catipult drivers provide a road map to drive the business. Most owners don't have a road map and struggle to achieve their dreams. Catipult solves that!
