Catipult is an incredibly powerful tool! Catipult is an incredibly powerful tool that identified the KPIs I need to focus on as well as the world-class targets. It's very easy to track progress towards the KPI targets, delegate action items, capture notes associated with action items, and to report status so that I can focus on areas that are off plan. Since it's designed specifically for business operations, no workarounds are required. It's also very flexible as the KPIs, action items, tasks, and meetings are fully customizable. The system is incredibly user friendly with training videos and Chat Bot tips offered right where you are (no need to exit and come back) as well as Catipult University. It's amazing how fast this gets companies focused on the right things, transforming businesses into world class companies, and making life better for business owners, their teams, clients, stakeholders, and families.
