GBUPDATED Review UPDATE 24 Mar 2023 I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars as the company has been great so far, so I am updating my review. There hasn't been any downtime and they are helpful when needed. UPDATE 23 Aug 2022 I changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars, as the CEO has contacted me, explained me that this was an extraordinary event that only affected my server and it will not happen again. He also offered 3 months free. They have been ok up until this event which is why I am updating the review, and if it doesn't happen again, I will revise it. Aug 11, 2022 Do not fall for the 99.99% Uptime Guarantee. Both of my websites are down for more than 5 hours and nobody is doing anything to resolve this. A refund of a month's fee is worthless when your sites are down for that long. I'm losing a lot more than their monthly fee.

GBAmazing support - Bigscoots customer since 2015 We have been with Bigscoots since February 8th, 2015. I decided to move us over from Hostgator after they were bought by EIG, and years of great service went down the pan overnight. We are a digital marketing agency, and we host our clients sites, so it is imperative not just for our own business but also for the sites we host to find not just a good host but a great reliable host. Bigscoots was not a name I had ever heard of, but all the comments I found online on hosting forums kept mentioning them and their awesome support. What really matters with a hosting company is not what happens when things are working; it is what happens when they are not. BigScoots has always delivered! We have had a handful of issues over those 8 years, and the support is always there. Not long after moving, we moved off a VPS. The switch over to a dedicated server was painless. The support has remained as awesome all the way through. Justin, Scott, and the rest of the team are super responsive, and you get a reply on their ticket system very quickly. We have used many hosting companies in our line of work, and we have not used one better than BigScoots. Whenever possible, we move all of our customers onto our hosting. Every time, we can offer fast, reliable hosting that we know will just work. There are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for with hosting. If you go for the cheapest solution out there, don't expect fantastic support. I would rather have awesome support anytime, as a website that is constantly down will cause your business to lose more money than you ever saved with cheaper hosting. If your website is always down, it will also lose trust. You can't buy that back.
