GBAmazing support - Bigscoots customer since 2015 We have been with Bigscoots since February 8th, 2015. I decided to move us over from Hostgator after they were bought by EIG, and years of great service went down the pan overnight. We are a digital marketing agency, and we host our clients sites, so it is imperative not just for our own business but also for the sites we host to find not just a good host but a great reliable host. Bigscoots was not a name I had ever heard of, but all the comments I found online on hosting forums kept mentioning them and their awesome support. What really matters with a hosting company is not what happens when things are working; it is what happens when they are not. BigScoots has always delivered! We have had a handful of issues over those 8 years, and the support is always there. Not long after moving, we moved off a VPS. The switch over to a dedicated server was painless. The support has remained as awesome all the way through. Justin, Scott, and the rest of the team are super responsive, and you get a reply on their ticket system very quickly. We have used many hosting companies in our line of work, and we have not used one better than BigScoots. Whenever possible, we move all of our customers onto our hosting. Every time, we can offer fast, reliable hosting that we know will just work. There are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for with hosting. If you go for the cheapest solution out there, don't expect fantastic support. I would rather have awesome support anytime, as a website that is constantly down will cause your business to lose more money than you ever saved with cheaper hosting. If your website is always down, it will also lose trust. You can't buy that back.

GBI recently migrated my website from hostgator I recently migrated my website to Big Scoots and couldn't be happier with my decision to switch. Big Scoots support has been nothing short of spectacular! First, the migration was incredibly fast and easy. And my site already performs better on Big Scoots. And second, this is a biggie, I was having an issue with one of my WP plug ins but the vendor couldn't replicate the issue and suggested it was due to other plug-ins. I submitted a support ticket to Big Scoots to see if they could help. And Dean quickly responded by providing specific error detail to share with my vendor that showed it was indeed their issue. And guess what? The detail that Dean provided meant my vendor took ownership of the issue and was able to create a fix within a few days. Huge fan of Big Scoots!

AUI have been with Bigscoots for 2 years… I have been with Bigscoots for 2 years now after moving from Kinsta. They are the premium option for sure when it comes to performance. The customer service is just slightly behind Kinsta who have a very high standard but when called upon can go 'above and beyond' to fix bugs. Justin and Scott (the owners) are guns.
