Good service overall Amazing service. Very responsive chat agents and seamless hosting user experience. Would have got 5 stars if they gave me a coupon code for Shared hosting plan (being a new customer an all). Also, domain took a bit of time to get registered.

UPDATED Review UPDATE 24 Mar 2023 I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars as the company has been great so far, so I am updating my review. There hasn't been any downtime and they are helpful when needed. UPDATE 23 Aug 2022 I changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars, as the CEO has contacted me, explained me that this was an extraordinary event that only affected my server and it will not happen again. He also offered 3 months free. They have been ok up until this event which is why I am updating the review, and if it doesn't happen again, I will revise it. Aug 11, 2022 Do not fall for the 99.99% Uptime Guarantee. Both of my websites are down for more than 5 hours and nobody is doing anything to resolve this. A refund of a month's fee is worthless when your sites are down for that long. I'm losing a lot more than their monthly fee.
