Big Scoots support has been nothing short of spectacular! First, the migration was incredibly fast and easy. And my site already performs better on Big Scoots. And second, this is a biggie, I was having an issue with one of my WP plug ins but the vendor couldn't replicate the issue and suggested it was due to other plug-ins. I submitted a support ticket to Big Scoots to see if they could help. And Dean quickly responded by providing specific error detail to share with my vendor that showed it was indeed their issue. And guess what? The detail that Dean provided meant my vendor took ownership of the issue and was able to create a fix within a few days. Huge fan of Big Scoots!

I decided to move us over from Hostgator after they were bought by EIG, and years of great service went down the pan overnight. Bigscoots was not a name I had ever heard of, but all the comments I found online on hosting forums kept mentioning them and their awesome support. What really matters with a hosting company is not what happens when things are working; it is what happens when they are not. BigScoots has always delivered! We have had a handful of issues over those 8 years, and the support is always there. Not long after moving, we moved off a VPS. The switch over to a dedicated server was painless. We have used many hosting companies in our line of work, and we have not used one better than BigScoots. Whenever possible, we move all of our customers onto our hosting. Every time, we can offer fast, reliable hosting that we know will just work. There are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for with hosting. If you go for the cheapest solution out there, don't expect fantastic support. I would rather have awesome support anytime, as a website that is constantly down will cause your business to lose more money than you ever saved with cheaper hosting. If your website is always down, it will also lose trust. You can't buy that back.
