I experienced the BEST customer… I experienced the BEST customer service I have had in a very long time. I had to reach out to their customer service a few times and she was so nice, so helpful, and so quick to help me.

Don’t Waste Your Money My doctor suggested this brand. I ordered them but also ordered a less expensive brand off Amazon because they would arrive quicker. I used the off brand ones for a few days and they cleared up my problem. When these arrived I started using them but they were so strong and made my eyes burn intensely. The ingredients are exactly the same in both products so I’m not sure why these burn so badly. The ones off Amazon are half the price too.

Zero customer service Hello, Unfortunately, your product did not help me. In fact, it burned. I contacted customer service via email well within the 30 days for a refund. I also called about a refund. The agent on the phone assured me of my refund and said I might be contacted to return product. I have NOT been contacted or refunded. Wish customer service actually provided service.

When I use the Cliradex wipes/towlettes… When I use the Cliradex wipes/towlettes - I can tell that I am doing 'something' that is helping take some of the load off of my body.....my dry eyes have been SO DRY for so long...sometimes it is hard to tell what is working and what isn't...but when I use Cliradex towlettes, I can tell that something is changing for the better. They do, burn, however, when applying.

I love the product I receive I love the product I receive . It is shipped and received in a timely manner. I also enjoy the discounts they offer periodically .
