Wouldn't be without it. When my blepharitis and frequent eye irritation don't respond to prescription eye drops and OTC artificial tears, I use Cliradex eye wipes and it almost always stops the irritation. I've been using it for several years now and take it with me wherever I go.

Cliradex Sizing I have always used Cliradex to prevent red or dry eyes, swollen eyelids, sticky lashes, itching, burning or stinging, grittiness in the eyes and crustiness around the outer edge of the eyelid. Too big piece of moistened application, I don't need that big, one side for each eye. I cut piece into 4 sections, using each side for both eyes, and then rubber band the packet to keep the remaining 3 sections moist to use in the evening or morning.

Excellent product - terrible customer service The product itself is excellent and I’ve used this over the years for maintenance. My one issue is their horrible customer service. I signed up for the monthly subscription and it’s been skipping randomly and without notice. I emailed customer service asking for help in figuring out what the issue is because not using the wipes causes my dry eye issue to worsen. It’s been 2 weeks and not a single response from them. I’m extremely frustrated as a long time customer I was expecting better. I may have to look around for an alternative product.

Don’t Waste Your Money My doctor suggested this brand. I ordered them but also ordered a less expensive brand off Amazon because they would arrive quicker. I used the off brand ones for a few days and they cleared up my problem. When these arrived I started using them but they were so strong and made my eyes burn intensely. The ingredients are exactly the same in both products so I’m not sure why these burn so badly. The ones off Amazon are half the price too.

I sent email to Cliradex that my purchase had not gone through and I still wanted to get the $20 off. Christophe M. Replied and said that he had changed my purchase status to “pending “ so that I was able to complete my purchase the day after the official sale when I called customer service. Thank you, Christophe!
