I sent email to Cliradex that my purchase had not gone through and I still wanted to get the $20 off. Christophe M. Replied and said that he had changed my purchase status to “pending “ so that I was able to complete my purchase the day after the official sale when I called customer service. Zero customer service Hello, Unfortunately, your product did not help me. In fact, it burned. I contacted customer service via email well within the 30 days for a refund. I also called about a refund. The agent on the phone assured me of my refund and said I might be contacted to return product. I have NOT been contacted or refunded. Wish customer service actually provided service.
