Great for Lead Management Convoso is perfect for lead management. Allows you to easily organize lists and workflow automation. The agent monitor page is one of the best features to be able to view what agents are doing, help guide them through live calls, and send broadcast messages to the whole team. Their customer service team always responds quickly and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very easy for our end users to use. Very easy for our end users to use. Setup is complicated but onec you get going it's all good. Downside is that there are lots of bugs. We get duplicate numbers when replacing numbers, and more than 50% of replaced numbers come back as spam already.

Convoso - a Step Above the Rest Feature rich. Lots of robust elements to help any growing call center or telemarketing division. Without a deep expertise in Call Center software many of the features and their mechanics come off as extremely technical and complex. However, the onboarding team does a fantastic job (Douglas Ortega - sensational Implementation Manager). Took a while to get the momentum going after signing the contract, but since then we've gained significant ground and were able to stand up our solution within 9 weeks. We find the overall Convoso experience to be pleasant and effective. Our teams are stoked to use the tool. It has allowed for greater expansion of the business at a much faster clip. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Convoso

We have used Convoso as our Call Center… We have used Convoso as our Call Center solution for many years and have always liked their support team, and their software. We would not consider leaving them for anyone else.
