It's PLASTIC I purchased a bracelet that is supposed to be pure opal. I was so excited when it arrived today but upon opening the package and inspecting the bracelet, it's definitely NOT opal or any other crystal, it's plastic! So totally disappointed! How can they advertise falsely like that? I've contacted the company asking for a FULL refund and will update here accordingly.

Bracelets rigor Update - Phillip with Zen House contacted me regarding the broken bracelet mentioned in my original review. He proactively offered to replace it and ship for a small fee ( because it was purchased more than 30 days prior). I’m willing to pay the shipping cost when an offer to replace is made without my even making a request to do so! Nice experience. I love all bracelets ordered in recent months. However they don’t seem to be rigorous enough to withstand putting on/taking off everyday. One has broken and beads scattered everywhere - no way to repair. :(

Beautiful, meaningful jewelry! I have ordered fm Zencrafthouse a few times now. I am never disappointed. Their jewelry is well made and definite conversation pieces. And it's reasonably priced.
