It's PLASTIC I purchased a bracelet that is supposed to be pure opal. I was so excited when it arrived today but upon opening the package and inspecting the bracelet, it's definitely NOT opal or any other crystal, it's plastic! So totally disappointed! How can they advertise falsely like that? I've contacted the company asking for a FULL refund and will update here accordingly.

No item, no service I have not received my order and it has been over 2 weeks. I contacted customer service and get on response.

You did a bracelet I have been waiting to find! You did a good job showing exactly what the product look like. Delivery was good. I would have liked a better description of what it was made of and how tolerant of water it is

Bracelets rigor Update - Phillip with Zen House contacted me regarding the broken bracelet mentioned in my original review. He proactively offered to replace it and ship for a small fee ( because it was purchased more than 30 days prior). I’m willing to pay the shipping cost when an offer to replace is made without my even making a request to do so! Nice experience. I love all bracelets ordered in recent months. However they don’t seem to be rigorous enough to withstand putting on/taking off everyday. One has broken and beads scattered everywhere - no way to repair. :(

Beyond the norm I dont know alot about crystals and healing properties. I do need some help beyond all of the medications. I am really enjoying all of the reading. The jewelry is beautiful. I am very pleased and looking forward learning all that. Thank you very much !!
