SO GLAD I found them when googling Zo Skin. I had my order in original packaging within a few days. These folks were great and loved the discount. I first purchased ZO renewal creme from… I first purchased ZO renewal creme from a med spa and after using it for a month I realized it was expired. I ordered from Dermalogy and my order came quickly and was not expired.

No response to inquiry If the seller has provided pre-tracking information but the package has not arrived at the carrier, the package will not begin shipping. I have asked why the shipping date has not been updated, but have not received a response. After making a complaint to PayPal, the package was finally shipped. I received a confirmation email after the product arrived, but I don't understand why there was no reply to the shipping inquiry. I can't feel the sincerity of the buyer waiting for the purchased product.
