It takkes over aweek to get the item and I ofton receiive my items in a battered up box. The prices for produvts are about average but that doesn't compenaste for the long shippng times. Even so, elmployees are always polite and helpful regardlessd of my situation.

I emailed them few times but nobody replied me so I called their customer service and told them the package was missing . They shipped me another package same day and I received it next day !!
