Updated Review on ZO Order Update; item arrived 12/5/22. The company reached out, refunded my shipping and 50% of purchase price, and offered a discount on future purchases. After the initial lack of communication the company has been very responsive, taken responsibility, and offered an apology for the delay. I have amended my review to reflect their responsive and considerate actions. Ordered ZO.-11/15/22-A shipping label was created six days ago 12/17/22, but not shipped.

First time ordering from Dermalogy and… First time ordering from Dermalogy and have to admit I wasn’t too sure what I would receive and when since I had never heard of them. SO GLAD I found them when googling Zo Skin. I had my order in original packaging within a few days. These folks were great and loved the discount. I will definitely be using them for all my future Zo orders

No response to inquiry If the seller has provided pre-tracking information but the package has not arrived at the carrier, the package will not begin shipping. I have asked why the shipping date has not been updated, but have not received a response. After making a complaint to PayPal, the package was finally shipped. I received a confirmation email after the product arrived, but I don't understand why there was no reply to the shipping inquiry. I can't feel the sincerity of the buyer waiting for the purchased product.

Was sent expired products The products I received had been tampered with. The expiration dates were all scratched off the bottom of cut from the top of the tubes. I noticed because of my old products I was still using. And the bottoms that were scratched off, I could vaguely make out the date of expiration, which was a year ago in 2023. I don’t appreciate buying expensive products costing almost $300 and it’s being old and not good.
