ORIGINAL: I ordered (and paid for) two Complexion Renewal Pads and they only sent one. I have now emailed them THREE times and have not received a response. I guess now I have to call my credit card company to stop the payment…

It takkes over aweek to get the item and I ofton receiive my items in a battered up box. The prices for produvts are about average but that doesn't compenaste for the long shippng times. Even so, elmployees are always polite and helpful regardlessd of my situation.
