GBEmails about Bills NOT Due They send you emails that say at the top “ Reminder: Pay your upcoming Baystate Medical Center bill”. But there is no bill. Lower down it says “ You paid your Baystate Medical Center bill at this time in a previous month with doxo. doxo is a secure way to pay all your bills with a single account.” Why send a reminder that I PAID a bill? I am sure many folks don’t read that and think a bill is due. Ridiculous!

GBAccount was not created Account was created however the email login is missing the .com, customer service could not correct it. Also bill has not been paid, I think I'm going to file a compliant with the state's attorney if bill isn't paid in the next 2days, Its bad enough I had to wait 2weeks for a date and paid $10....Buyer beware

GBI came to doxo when MyCheckFree went… I came to doxo when MyCheckFree went out of business, and I'm happy there is another service out there where I can keep track of all my bills in one place.
