GBDoxo is a complete joke Doxo is a complete joke. My local utility uses Doxo to process their payments. I have had an "account" with Doxo for 16 months. This service as far as I can recall has NEVER worked. My checking acct is linked, and shows the exact and to the penny current balance. I schedule a payment via ACH which they say takes a few days. Then they send me a msg that the money has been removed from my bank, then 3 days later I get a notice that my acct # from my bank is invalid. Well that's weird, my acct balance to my "linked" account is correct, and shows the balance and has that green check mark indicating it's linked. So I call customer service and the end result of the call was "I don't know what's causing that, sorry for the inconvenience." So I have to take over an hour of my day, go down to a grocery store, wait in line, submit the payment, then call the utility, wait on hold, press 4 then 2 then 0 then 2 then 9, then stick my finger in my ear, get hung up on, start the process over again press 4 for English, etc etc etc just to give them a confirmation number. No one can figure out why this is. They don't care to find out either.

GBI came to doxo when MyCheckFree went… I came to doxo when MyCheckFree went out of business, and I'm happy there is another service out there where I can keep track of all my bills in one place.

GBOverall easy to use Overall easy to use, but it doesn't always reflect my balance. That would be great to have because I'm not always at home when I'm wanting to pay my bills.

GBease of service I am new to Doxo and extremely glad I started! No more missed bills with late fees. Moreover, their customer service team is outstanding. They assisted me in getting all my monthly bills in order. Now I can relax knowing Doxo is watching over me. Randy
