Happy! The product is fine. Does exactly what is described. I had a minor issue and the costumer service was excellent. They replaced my item immediately. Overall, I am happy. I would definitely buy another product from them.

When the order was shipped through Amazon, Amazon put my shipping label on the wrong box and I received something that I didn’t order. Very Happy with the product and service… Very Happy with the product and service from Breo. I purchased a heated eye massager. They shipped quickly & sent tracking info. I had my product and was using it before most other companies even send out their tracking info. My massager is well made and good quality. I use it every night. Excellent company and I would do business with them again.

I did have an issue with my first… I did have an issue with my first delivery and appeared to be used. Like it was a returned product. I got a hold of customer service. They ended up having me new ones shipped within a couple days and they told me to keep the old one and donated or do what I want with it, customer service was amazing
