GBit feels so good it's almost addicting the device does exactly as it states. It feels so good to use it. I'm still trying to figure out the ins and outs of the different settings. However everytime I use it my arthritic hand feels better.

GBI did have an issue with my first… I did have an issue with my first delivery and appeared to be used. Like it was a returned product. I got a hold of customer service. They ended up having me new ones shipped within a couple days and they told me to keep the old one and donated or do what I want with it, customer service was amazing

SGMy bedside companion Love the overall design, sleek n ergonomic. The inside lining is comfy on the eye area. The massage strength n heat level is nice… I totally love this purchase! Everything is great except for the loud beep sound that will wake me up from my sleep. (Is there a way to turn it off or make it softer?)

GBThe idea of this product is good but in… The idea of this product is good but in reality the pressing/massaging hit my bones and not the eyes themselves. I had difficulties trying to return the product and the DONT supply a return address etc. This product did not work for me.
