GBI saw this on a YouTubeTube review by… I saw this on a YouTube review by HeyyyEverbody. When the order was shipped through Amazon, Amazon put my shipping label on the wrong box and I received something that I didn’t order. I contacted Breo by email and received a response within two hours. Customer service was great and worked with Amazon to get me the right product, replacement was very timely! Will definitely buy from Breo again! Thank you!

GBVery Happy with the product and service… Very Happy with the product and service from Breo. I purchased a heated eye massager. They shipped quickly & sent tracking info. I had my product and was using it before most other companies even send out their tracking info. My massager is well made and good quality. I use it every night. Excellent company and I would do business with them again.

GBI've recently tried US Breo and overall… I've recently tried US Breo and overall had an ok experience. Apart from the fact that the process to order what I was looking for was a bit tedious and the website was a bit unresponsive at times, I found the customer service pretty plesant and helpful. Im not sure if I'll be ordering from here again anytime soon, but if I decide to do so, I wouldnt hessitate because the staff was friendly and the product was satisfactory. I was prety dissapointed by the prices tho, its a bit too expsensve. Altho US Breo was almost good, I think its not worth the cost.
