The idea of this product is good but in… The idea of this product is good but in reality the pressing/massaging hit my bones and not the eyes themselves. I had difficulties trying to return the product and the DONT supply a return address etc. This product did not work for me.

I did have an issue with my first… I did have an issue with my first delivery and appeared to be used. Like it was a returned product. I got a hold of customer service. They ended up having me new ones shipped within a couple days and they told me to keep the old one and donated or do what I want with it, customer service was amazing

Amazon delivered nothing Don’t order from them if they just ready to lost your money. They use Amazon to deliver and still . No answer no product no resolution… ( Oh as always…delivered in your building… losers ) … good luck to find it. Oh yeah I did contacted with Breo right the way, and still waiting to respond, maybe they find my mails

I've recently tried US Breo and overall… I've recently tried US Breo and overall had an ok experience. Apart from the fact that the process to order what I was looking for was a bit tedious and the website was a bit unresponsive at times, I found the customer service pretty plesant and helpful. Im not sure if I'll be ordering from here again anytime soon, but if I decide to do so, I wouldnt hessitate because the staff was friendly and the product was satisfactory. I was prety dissapointed by the prices tho, its a bit too expsensve. Altho US Breo was almost good, I think its not worth the cost.

Be careful when using this product It is an excellent product. I am just still recovering from its use. It massaged my neck alright. Turned my muscles into hamburger-helper it did. I probably have another three or four days until my neck is back to semi-normal.
