With the almost "magical" help of Recovery Toolbox, most of these "useless" records of the past have been revived and restored to become hard copies again ... testimonies of the whys and wherefores of an almost forgotten past.

Works as it claims to Downloaded their Recovery Toolbox for CD Free software trying to recover a video file from a scratched CD that also had a small bit of paint scrapped off on the front side. Did its job perfectly and recovered the whole 600 MB file without any issues. Clean install/uninstall, haven't seen any malicious behavior from the website or the software.

Recovered everything from old DVDs I was embarrassed to discover that several DVDs we received from our wedding photographer 10+ years ago were not backed up on our NAS.
