I ordered from this company a week ago… I ordered from this company a week ago and have yet to get any type of update on my order that only says “placed” and they haven’t responded to any of my emails either. At this point I don’t expect anything and just want to cancel my order.

Works better than our dog’s prescription meds for anxiety. Our Great Pyrenees mix is scared of everything especially thunderstorms. This product works better than the prescribed trazadone and doesn’t leave her anxious and hungover. She loves the flavor.

Seal is faulty on the Relax Vape Cartridge… Update: The customer service is excellent and clearly care about their product and that you're satisfied. I did have a faulty cartridge which they replaced right away. Lovely company and now extremely relaxed and content. I purchased the Relax Vape Cartridge and after only a few uses the oil from the cartridge seemed to leak into seal of the cartridge loosening the seal and eventually the oil leaked out all over everything. What a mess. I've never had this happen before but the seal seems faulty.

Hand lotion from Walmart would work as… Hand lotion from Walmart would work as well. Very disappointed. Also a little slower than I would have expected, but maybe Amazon has spoiled us all Update: the company has contacted me and offered me a number of choices to make sure I’m happy. I was surprised but pleased by the great customer service. We need more companies like this.

Best Customer Support!!! I had ordered 2 of the THC Free CBD vape cartridges, but received the Full Spectrum version of the flavors I had picked. I messaged them about the mistake and they responded within an hour or so. They may have even tried to call me, but I dont answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They expedited the correct vape carts and I received them very quickly. They added an extra vape pen and a battery. Best customer support I've even dealt with. Will definitely order from them again and recommend this site to others.
