Can't wait to try it because I feel so bad when I have to leave him, due to the state he gets into. My sister, who is a veterinarian, told me how one of your products has truly helped her horse. I ordered from this company a week ago… I ordered from this company a week ago and have yet to get any type of update on my order that only says “placed” and they haven’t responded to any of my emails either. At this point I don’t expect anything and just want to cancel my order.

The vape is alright.. I ordered the passion fruit vape, the shipping was quick but I noticed the vape was leaking a little in the packaging. The real flavor is subtle but it mainly tastes like cardboard. It still works though

Seal is faulty on the Relax Vape Cartridge… Update: The customer service is excellent and clearly care about their product and that you're satisfied. I did have a faulty cartridge which they replaced right away. Lovely company and now extremely relaxed and content. I purchased the Relax Vape Cartridge and after only a few uses the oil from the cartridge seemed to leak into seal of the cartridge loosening the seal and eventually the oil leaked out all over everything. What a mess. I've never had this happen before but the seal seems faulty.
