GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Our company email has been intermittent for two weeks. I have emailed and called them numerous times. They set up two telephone appointments but didn't call. They simply ignore us. No-one needs this aggravation. Choose another company to give your hard earned money to.

GBAbove and beyond Over the years I have several websites and managed a couple more. One site was noted to be the largest high school alumni site in the USA. A couple of times, mainly due to my inexperience I totally destroyed one site and I was going to delete the site but the technical people said let them try to recreate the site. Amazingly they put it all back together. I was so impressed that they took the time to work with me, I have recommended then to several people to gate.com who were looking for web hosting services.

GBOnce I was directed to Customer Support… Once I was directed to Customer Support he was able to clear things up with my card info with the experation date was changed. The web site does not allow one to delete the default card data and reinter the information being changed. If you try to add a card it thinks you are duplicating that card and errors out. I now have updated and paid my two fees. Thanks

GBSupport is where it's at! Gate is a great host. I've used them for years for website hosting and am currently doing a WordPress implementation with them. If you have an issue, you can live chat in minutes (which I've done many times recently.) There are lots of hosts, but being able to get tech support when it's needed is where it's at.
