Vefy quick (and great) support! Submitted a ticket for setting up a Minecraft server with two mods, it was quickly taken care of with no issues, and there was no need for extensive back and forth communication to get it done! Easily 10/10 service!

Horrible Hosting Horrible Hosting! Support is ridiculously slow, the "Executives" are extremely lazy and selfish (They don't care about you nor do they even want to support you!) Waited over 48 Hours in tickets and was ignored multiple times by all staff (Including the lazy selfish "Executives" *STAY AWAY!

Better then a server double the price! I used to use a server called shock byte but it was too expensive for me, so I decided to look for cheaper options. I first tried out pebble host and for me I was getting very bad tps and it wasn't working for me so I refunded and tried versatile nodes budget servers, I have been using this for about 3 weeks and it never almost never goes under 20 tps and it's just as smooth if not more smooth then shock byte, which was double the price. I had one problem where the tps kept going too low and the server cpu would get taken up super fast, so I reached out for support and they fixed it withn an hour. Overall, I definitely recommend using versatile node and I cant even imagine how much better the premium servers would be.

FlaroCity So I have 2 servers with this company. One being a 16GB and other a 12 GB. Both servers are running Pixelmon with about 80 mods on it. No lag on them and any issue the owner takes care of it right away. Now most people would wonder why a hosting company charges more than normal, well that answer is because it is worth it. The panel doesn't lag and I have been with a few hosting companies before, either the panel lags or the upload speed stinks. This hosting company is good.

The overall service is okay The overall service is okay. However, it takes too long for a request to get accepted and solved. The service needs to be 24/7 because even though i set some of my issues as high priority, it is never responded to with haste. It is also a bit confusing to use considering i have not had much server ownership experience.
