The overall service is okay The overall service is okay. However, it takes too long for a request to get accepted and solved. The service needs to be 24/7 because even though i set some of my issues as high priority, it is never responded to with haste. It is also a bit confusing to use considering i have not had much server ownership experience.

Vefy quick (and great) support! Submitted a ticket for setting up a Minecraft server with two mods, it was quickly taken care of with no issues, and there was no need for extensive back and forth communication to get it done! Easily 10/10 service!

FlaroCity So I have 2 servers with this company. One being a 16GB and other a 12 GB. Both servers are running Pixelmon with about 80 mods on it. No lag on them and any issue the owner takes care of it right away. Now most people would wonder why a hosting company charges more than normal, well that answer is because it is worth it. The panel doesn't lag and I have been with a few hosting companies before, either the panel lags or the upload speed stinks. This hosting company is good.

Great Host, Great Uptime, Great Support I have had nothing but great experiences whilst hosting with versatilenode, stable, strong servers which can handle players without lag. On top of all of this their prices are amazing for the hardware they provide and I would not host anywhere but them in the future.
