USPerfect replacement and fast delivery! I have a braun 9 series shaver. The side trimmer broke a while back. I've been considering replacing the entire shaver. Then I decided to attempt a repair first. I ordered a replacement trimmer from Shaver Outlet. I had my doubts about replacing this myself, but thought "what the heck - I'm considering replacing it anyway". I got the part today. Had the replacement done in about 30 minutes. It wasn't the easiest replacement I've ever done, but it is certainly within the purview of the average do-it-yourselfer. I spent less than $20 to save over $200. Now that's a great deal! The replacement is exact and 100% perfect fit / finish. You'd never know it wasn't the original component. I highly recommend Shaver Outlet and will definitely be back if my needs warrant it. USOrdered a replacement screen and blades… Ordered a replacement screen and blades for my Remington electric razor. No mention anywhere of backorder, nor was it mentioned on my receipt. After 9 days of silence I ask about shipping and told its on backorder. After voicing my displeasure, they canceled my order without asking me if I wanted to do that. Very unprofessional. And for the record, no Red Lettering anywhere saying backorder. Not when I ordered and not on receipt. Nonsense

USMy 10 + year old Philips Norelco wet… My 10 + year old Philips Norelco wet and dry shaver which I have kept for sentimental reasons, stopped charging. Watching others videos, I disasembled the shaver. It needed a new battery, which is soldered to the circuit board. The motor was showing rust. The fix would be a multistep process. Trying the do it yourself approach, I first ordered a battery from different company and in the process of soldering the new battery to the circuit board, one of the leads broke off the battery, and I could not reattach it. I was frustrated. I spoke with Brian and Bryan at Shaver Outlet, Inc. They provided the solution at a very reasonable cost and were very timely in sending me my product, which, by the way, was sent packed with great care with bubble wrap. Took about three days from the time I placed my order to receive the shipment by UPS ground. Works great. Words can not express how thankful and pleased I am with their service. Shaver Outlet is a one stop shop. They are my "go to" people for shaver problems.

USGreat Shopping Experience — No Complaints Whatsoever! I, admittedly, am not a handy person. So, dealing with tiny little screws to replace an old battery was not going to happen. But this "snap off the old blade and snap it into the new handle" was a ... snap. It, truly, couldn't have been easier and faster to do. I was a little hesitant with purchasing from an unknown entity. But my pre-purchase correspondence with Brian was clear and respectful. And he gave me good advise, steering me toward the simpler solution to my problem. The transaction went as smooth as smooth could be. The new handle (with all of the various components inside) appear to be in perfect condition, were well packaged and arrived very quickly. No complaints whatsoever.
