Great Shopping Experience — No Complaints Whatsoever! I, admittedly, am not a handy person. So, dealing with tiny little screws to replace an old battery was not going to happen. But this "snap off the old blade and snap it into the new handle" was a ... snap. It, truly, couldn't have been easier and faster to do. I was a little hesitant with purchasing from an unknown entity. But my pre-purchase correspondence with Brian was clear and respectful.
