USI sent my 30+ year old Norelco razor in… I sent my 30+ year old Norelco razor in the get new batteries. The batteries had not held a charge for several years, and I got tired of plugging it in. The mailman picked it up on a Monday and delivered it back to me on the following Saturday. When I got it, I charged it up as directed and i have been shaving with it without having to charge it for two weeks so far. I am a happy customer

USShaverOutlet is Legit… I received exactly what I ordered and it worked perfectly. I ordered the Wahl Standard 30mm Replacement blade. It came quickly and fit perfectly and is really nice and sharp. USI ordered two replacement comb guards… I ordered two replacement comb guards for an electric hair clipper. It was unclear whether the parts would fit my model or not. One did and one didn’t, and so they canceled my entire order. The tone of their reply felt like a reprimand, that I should’ve read their information more carefully. It felt like they didn’t even want to be in business.

USGreat service! I needed a replacement charger for a shaver. The aftermarket versions sold on Amazon claimed to be compatible, but many reviews confirmed that they in fact were not. But Brian at Shaver Outlet knew exactly what he was talking about and promptly shipped me the correct charger. A first-class professional.

USMay a purchase did not like May a purchase did not like, said it was used, was returned back. I did not see on their site no returns. Will not recommend or purchased anything from this company. They don't stand by their products for customer satisfaction.
