GBOrdered a replacement screen and blades… Ordered a replacement screen and blades for my Remington electric razor. No mention anywhere of backorder, nor was it mentioned on my receipt. After 9 days of silence I ask about shipping and told its on backorder. After voicing my displeasure, they canceled my order without asking me if I wanted to do that. Very unprofessional. And for the record, no Red Lettering anywhere saying backorder. Not when I ordered and not on receipt. Nonsense

GBI ordered two replacement comb guards… I ordered two replacement comb guards for an electric hair clipper. It was unclear whether the parts would fit my model or not. One did and one didn’t, and so they canceled my entire order. The tone of their reply felt like a reprimand, that I should’ve read their information more carefully. It felt like they didn’t even want to be in business.

GBGreat Shopping Experience — No Complaints Whatsoever! I, admittedly, am not a handy person. So, dealing with tiny little screws to replace an old battery was not going to happen. But this "snap off the old blade and snap it into the new handle" was a ... snap. It, truly, couldn't have been easier and faster to do. I was a little hesitant with purchasing from an unknown entity. But my pre-purchase correspondence with Brian was clear and respectful. And he gave me good advise, steering me toward the simpler solution to my problem. The transaction went as smooth as smooth could be. The new handle (with all of the various components inside) appear to be in perfect condition, were well packaged and arrived very quickly. No complaints whatsoever.
