The offering is fantastic in providing market and client insights, contacts, lists, and new revenue opportunities. The service from our representative Kelly Weed is equally wonderful, offering web meetings to assist us in receiving the full potential of their offering. GovSpend is a hidden goldmine if you focus time and work with your rep, and I highly recommend GovSpend.

The team efficiently helped switch a license from another member of the team, train me on the functionalities, and followed up to make sure I was comfortable. Be Very Careful Be very careful with this company. They do an excellent job selling their platform. Once we signed up, we found the data to be lacking though. Within 60 days of singing up we tried to cancel the contract and were basically told that you signed the deal and now you have to pay, even though you aren't satisfied with the service. My advice, don't accept just a demo. Make sure you get access to search what you want to see and not just what they want to show you and request a fully refundable 30 day cancellation period. If they're not confident enough in their service to stand behind it for 30 days, is it really something you want to invest in? Don't make the same mistake as me. No unrestricted demo = no deal.
