GBPoor to Non-Existent Customer Service I have found it impossible to reach customer service to return a product they keep shipping to me without it having been ever ordered! I challenge anyone to find a care provider on their website! Then once you find one, you have to send an email, which I did about a week ago, with no response!

GBA Picture and Brief Description... all I needed Products were quite well-organized and displayed so that you could read about them and make a decision about your purchase. One thing I would suggest changing are the pop-up testimonial ads. They were quite distracting and often in the way of what I was trying to see or read.

GBI have bags under my eyes I have bags under my eyes. After hearing a number of celebrity endorsements on the radio including Sean Hannity I decided to try the package of products. I have no doubt it can and has helped many people but unfortunately I saw no improvement. Many in my family have this condition so maybe creams cannot help me. I reached out to the company requesting a return label so I could return the products and use their money back guarantee since I was within 30 days of purchase. It took three attempts (first calling and talking to customer service and then two email attempts) before receiving an email return label. When it was received, the bar code was very blurry. I tried to improve and enhance it to print something better without success.I took it to UPS as instructed hoping they could still use it. They could use the address but were unable to scan the bar code which would have made it free to return. I had to pay to return the product. I emailed a copy of their return label and my receipt for shipping. Over a week later, no refund on returned products No reply on shipping issue I totally understand that even though their product didn’t help me, it can still be a great product. How you handle customers is what determines a great company.

GBEase of shopping I am super busy and frequently get frustrated trying to purchase certain products online. Chamonix site is a breeze. Products categorized by type and clear pricing. What an enjoyable experience. PS. I love their products

GBProduct Selection Is Easy Selecting products to purchase was quite easy. I enjoy the products I recently purchased today. When I elected to redeem some Happy Points, the website kept sending me to the same screen which reflected an area to click on to redeem Happy Points. It was a little frustrating but appreciate the opportunity to redeem some Happy Points. ct
