Easy Navigation The Chamonix site was very easy to navigate on an Android phone. I appreciate the help of customer reviews to help me choose products. I would like to see product descriptions include guidance on why you would choose one product over another when they address the same concern.

I had heard about these skin care… I had heard about these skin care products and kept meaning to try them. I finally did. I must admit initially I was not seeing results and was skeptical as to whether I would. After using now as directed for a month, I do see improved results. One suggestion is to wait a few weeks to illicit a review so you have more accurate feedback on user’s results.

I’ve had several concierge service calls lately and have asked each if they could help me refine my monthly shipment of products as I’m having difficulty using them all. Each time I’ve been told I need to contact customer service. My question is: why are you calling me as a concierge service when you can’t provide me with a customer service? As it stands your concierge service is no more than a telemarketing call which I don’t appreciate. Thanks for your time.

I have bags under my eyes I have bags under my eyes. After hearing a number of celebrity endorsements on the radio including Sean Hannity I decided to try the package of products. I have no doubt it can and has helped many people but unfortunately I saw no improvement. Many in my family have this condition so maybe creams cannot help me. I reached out to the company requesting a return label so I could return the products and use their money back guarantee since I was within 30 days of purchase. It took three attempts (first calling and talking to customer service and then two email attempts) before receiving an email return label. When it was received, the bar code was very blurry. I tried to improve and enhance it to print something better without success.I took it to UPS as instructed hoping they could still use it. They could use the address but were unable to scan the bar code which would have made it free to return. I had to pay to return the product. I emailed a copy of their return label and my receipt for shipping. Over a week later, no refund on returned products No reply on shipping issue I totally understand that even though their product didn’t help me, it can still be a great product. How you handle customers is what determines a great company.
