GBProducts are good, but website experience and loyalty program is not! Products are good, but the customer experience on your website is very poor. Tried to use the FEB23-1 code from the mailer, which didn't work and the code for customer appreciation FEB23-30 didn't work either. Also, I have ordered multiple times from Chamonix at significant cost and points earned always are ZERO.

GBEasy Navigation The Chamonix site was very easy to navigate on an Android phone. I appreciate the help of customer reviews to help me choose products. I would like to see product descriptions include guidance on why you would choose one product over another when they address the same concern.

GBLove the products Love the products , clear description of each item and easy ordering . Plus delivery is always in a timely fashion. The only negative is the item size could be larger so you don’t have to order so frequently .

GBI've been using chamonix skin care for over a year I've been using chamonix skin care for over a year now and have seen really good results in the firmness on my eyelids. My eyelids were starting to become crepey when I put on eye shadow and the chamonix eyelid cream has firmed them back up. I love the whole line of skin care and use it twice a day. The customer service people are also very helpful and efficient.

GBI love Chamonix skin care I love Chamonix skin care. Just want to say that up front. I’ve had several concierge service calls lately and have asked each if they could help me refine my monthly shipment of products as I’m having difficulty using them all. Each time I’ve been told I need to contact customer service. My question is: why are you calling me as a concierge service when you can’t provide me with a customer service? As it stands your concierge service is no more than a telemarketing call which I don’t appreciate. Thanks for your time.
