I have recently relocated to the central plains from Phoenix. (What were we thinking?!) My skin was changing markedly and my former products were not cutting it. I love Chamonix skin care I love Chamonix skin care. Just want to say that up front. I’ve had several concierge service calls lately and have asked each if they could help me refine my monthly shipment of products as I’m having difficulty using them all. Each time I’ve been told I need to contact customer service. My question is: why are you calling me as a concierge service when you can’t provide me with a customer service? As it stands your concierge service is no more than a telemarketing call which I don’t appreciate. Thanks for your time.
