Past its Prime I live outside the US - and for a long time, GoTrusted got me into all the US sites. But over the past year, the fact that I was using a proxy was detected by every site I wanted to visit. GoTrusted became useless for what I wanted to use it for. The service was always great. The support was always fast and efficient. My only issue is that I cannot access US sites anymore using the GoTrusted service.

A satisfied user Since I started using Go Trusted just over 2 years ago I have had hitches or glitches with the service. I felt that it is well worth the subscription fee. In the past year or so I have recommended the service to a couple of my friends and they followed advice and now are contented users. Perhaps, a slight technical improvement of the site access when in difficult jurisdictions, might be of value to users. Thank you. A H Masry

No service Advertising "secure channels", however no service provided at any time! Some web pages listed on their website which can't be opened at all. I cancelled the agreement according to online instruction, however few month later received note that my account has been blocked since they can't charge for their services! Not recommended at all!

Works fine in the US Works fine in the US, really no problem. In China I believe that they sometimes regularly interrupt hotel wifi connections in order to "throw off" users of vpns. I haven't yet tried other vpns, so I don't know if they will survive this, but GT didn't. Also since I have been considering switching, I notice that a number of alternatives offer advantages such as explicit no-log policies, and (most important when traveling), a kill switch to prevent data leaking when interruptions do occur. I don't see those listed on GT's website as features. So GT has worked fine for me in normal domestic usage, but once we start traveling again I'm going to try some alternatives.

good but yet to be great.... I'm using GoTrusted VPN mainly in China in order to get access to blocked facebook / google services. The connections overall were good but very often it dropped me out. I know it's unfair to blame all this on GoTrusted - it might be caused by my ISP etc. Another frustrating issue is with the cancellation process - submit the request via your web pages is unreliable at all - due to the unstable VPN connectivity stated above. I finally made the requestt through when I travelled to another country (i.e., not using your VPN), but it's been 6 months already since I initiated my cancellation in Augest. That is why I gave a 3 stars rating.
