Awesomest ever! I use GoTrusted when I travel, since the "hot spots" are not even slightly secure. I also use it for things such as Skype. Recently I had an issue which was essentially my own fault, but was resolved quickly. I forgot to load an account I use to pay for the service and didn't re-load it in time. I wrote a note to GoTrusted, got an immediate reply, and instructions on how to re-set everything. Total down time was less than 24 hours (due to me being busy). I am thrilled with this service and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for more security. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service, few disruptions While I have had a very good experience with gotrusted, their software seemed to not be keeping up with issues from within China. At times it was perfect, and at other times it was very hard to keep a connection live for more than a few minutes. Whenever I had issues however, the service and support staff were amazing, and not just reading from some stupid manual. They listened to the issues and gave advice accordingly, rather than ask idiotic questions like "are you sure your windows is updated". Well worth it.

A satisfied user Since I started using Go Trusted just over 2 years ago I have had hitches or glitches with the service. I felt that it is well worth the subscription fee. In the past year or so I have recommended the service to a couple of my friends and they followed advice and now are contented users. Doesn't provide services as advertised. Site states you can watch your streaming programs on sites such as Netflix and Hulu. I couldn't access these or others. When I contacted gotrusted about the problem all they really had to say about it was that most all vpn providers were experiencing the same issue because of vpn blockers. I was able to find one that works in minutes. I figure that you shouldn't advertise a service you cannot provide.

Great product Go trusted VPN worked well for me, main use was in China. Over four months of continuous use whilst traveling all over China go trusted worked approximately 90% of the time, main area of performance issues was Beijing, everywhere else was high performance especially in remote locations. Excellent product.
