China is a Big Challenge. I had trouble to connect my iPhone using GoTrusted VPN when I was in China. The technical staff was very helpful to answer my concerns. She provided me with four different servers in addition to what the website suggested values. However, I could only get connections sometimes not all the time. Apparently, China presented challenges to GoTrusted. I cancelled my service after two months.

Excellent service... ...which was working in 97% of the places I went. Would recommend GoTrusted at any time. Ideal for frequent travellers who want to keep safe in public networks or go around restrictions in countries that censor.

Great product Go trusted VPN worked well for me, main use was in China. Over four months of continuous use whilst traveling all over China go trusted worked approximately 90% of the time, main area of performance issues was Beijing, everywhere else was high performance especially in remote locations. Excellent product.

Awesomest ever! I use GoTrusted when I travel, since the "hot spots" are not even slightly secure. I also use it for things such as Skype. Recently I had an issue which was essentially my own fault, but was resolved quickly. I forgot to load an account I use to pay for the service and didn't re-load it in time. I wrote a note to GoTrusted, got an immediate reply, and instructions on how to re-set everything. Total down time was less than 24 hours (due to me being busy). I am thrilled with this service and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for more security. Thank you!!

The signal in China was not always … The signal in China was not always stable and lost many times the connection to the page. Most impressive was always the service I received, friendly efficient and helpful. I regret I have had to cancel the service because China is now threatening to close down all VPN by February. If this is not going to happen you will see me back. Thank you again for all you did for me.
