Crashed my website 3 times in 2022 They have caused my website to go down 3 times in 2022. All three times have been changes or failures on their side. EVERY time I sent a support ticket, their first response was that it wasn't anything they did. Only after I repeatedly stated what was going on and asked them to check closer, did they realize it was something on their end (nothing I could change) and fixed the problem. They have cost me several thousands of dollars in ecommerce website outages. As soon as I can migrate to a different hosting provider I will.

If fact after paying for WP hosting for years, I'd say AccuWeb is actually better (99%) than most paid services, unless you need the 1 or 2 services that your dashboard requires to stop nagging you! Would I pay for more? right now no! but if I was working with clients accounts I definitely would.

Haven’t had security breaches, haven’t had web hosting speed issues, even though I’m using a shared hosting plan. At least for me as a small business I’ve been more than satisfied. They came recommended from my web developer. At the time, I also did a fair bit of research and they were best suited for hosting plans in close geographic proximity.
