CloudFlare user? You might want this! With mxroute you can safely run your webhosting without having to face DDoS attacks to your system because CloudFlare refuses to route mail traffic. Use MXroute for that part and your actual IP remains hidden. Have not had any support experience yet, because we never had to contact support.

Worst Service Owner acts like dictator This guy is crazy and act like dictator. They just lock you out of you and your clients emaill without even notice. There is no direct customer support except email. They wont even respond to your request and just ghost you completely i can provide proper screeenshot of all conversation if anyone has doubt and even the emails which he falsely flag as spam which are not. Also last time when they reported there concern i have immediately deleted whole domain to comply with there requirement and what they say in in reply is very false let them prove otherwise. He clearly says just because i accuse them of poor support which was 6 months prior they just take that incident use it to fuel banning my account.

And when it doesn't, the owner is very responsive and takes care of it quickly, even if he's not sure if it's his problem in the first place Very happy with my service I picked up on Black Friday a few years ago.
