Customer since 2017 we have been with Skynerhosting since 2017 and haven't had any bad experience. Anytime finding a hosting company, you must first look at the customer service especially the technical support and they go out of there way. There 24 hour chat service is a plus.

Cut Livechat Support for few months! We have used Skynet service at two locations for over 10-years. At the beginning, Skynet was very helpful, and their response was quick. Gradually, we were pushed to accept the downtimes of few hours, which happened few times every year. This was accepted as we were not naive to have 100% Uptime! The occurrence of downtime frequency raised to once every 2-months. Since the end of 2023, Skynet even closed the Live Chat Support. We saw some other clients who left comment at their Facebook and the down service at some locations even could not be handled in 24-hours. There was no response from Skynet! Seeing the "Changed Service" since 2023, we hope Skynet's service may be changed one day!
