Plus, in order to activate the surround recording, you have to send a text that IS visible on the target phone. I also have to download a file converter in order to listen to the recordings on IPhone. However the call log is 99.9% accurate which is better than the competitors.

Initially i had reservations about its quality of service due to some negative reviews on internet but their customer support assured me that negative reviews are mainly posted by competitors just to create negative impression and they also have 14 day refund policy. So i decided to give them try. i'm so happy with their service till now as i can easily track location of my son . I would highly recommend their product but keep this in mind that no tracking software can be 100% perfect due to nature of product.
