GBI purchased the 1 month Pro… I purchased the 1 month Pro subscription via ACH transfer last Sunday. I have called everyday since then to see what's going on but no one ever answers the customer service number. I have also sent several emails to figure out what is taking so long to get the info to actually start the service since the money has already been taken from my account. I have gotten 2 emails saying they have to pass my emails to all these different departments and someone called me back and ended up hanging up in my face after he asked me several times to resend the same emails I had already sent. I called 8 times again today and I'm still waiting to hear something. I would like to try the service but if it is a problem I just need someone to tell me what's going on and give me a refund. Money had been taken but I haven't been told anything about the service or when I'll be able to use it.

GBIt’s really a 3.5 because I can only… It’s really a 3.5 because I can only hear one side of the conversation which sounds distorted. Plus, in order to activate the surround recording, you have to send a text that IS visible on the target phone. I also have to download a file converter in order to listen to the recordings on IPhone. However the call log is 99.9% accurate which is better than the competitors.

GBBe careful ,READ THE FINE PRINT Be careful ,READ THE FINE PRINT ! They should offer a trial period to see how it works before they charge upwards $80 / month for something that is basically useless.. I would sign up if there were an option for at least 24 hour free trail period..

AUFavoured This software used to be able to also get deleted texts from years before. When I installed it this time it didn’t do that. Out of all softwares this is the best one in my opinion cos many other softwares claim to have surround recording only to discover after you’ve installed the software it doesn’t allow to do so due to different laws in different countries..

GBGreat Product Generally, I think Mobistealth is a great product! Although I don’t utilize all of its capabilities, the features I have used are very helpful. Customer Support is very prompt in responding to inquiries. I have a couple of questions regarding the recording function. I have contacted customer support, and I’m optimistic for a resolution.
