GBI purchased the 1 month Pro… I purchased the 1 month Pro subscription via ACH transfer last Sunday. I have called everyday since then to see what's going on but no one ever answers the customer service number. I have also sent several emails to figure out what is taking so long to get the info to actually start the service since the money has already been taken from my account. I have gotten 2 emails saying they have to pass my emails to all these different departments and someone called me back and ended up hanging up in my face after he asked me several times to resend the same emails I had already sent. I called 8 times again today and I'm still waiting to hear something. I would like to try the service but if it is a problem I just need someone to tell me what's going on and give me a refund. Money had been taken but I haven't been told anything about the service or when I'll be able to use it.

GBDecent monitoring app Decent monitoring app, but the old interface was more user friendly. Sometimes it will just freeze up and not report things for 2-3 days, and when you contact customer support they blame it on the phone settings. But a couple days later everything from the down time will show up all at once, which wouldn't happen if the phone settings were the cause. Customer support is very responsive and helpful otherwise. It reports a lot more things than most other monitoring apps do, very thorough.

AUi'm using mobistealth for last few… i'm using mobistealth for last few days. happy till now as app is properly logging keystrokes, messengers and location. I hope it keeps on working like this during my whole license time period.

GBGreat Product Generally, I think Mobistealth is a great product! Although I don’t utilize all of its capabilities, the features I have used are very helpful. Customer Support is very prompt in responding to inquiries. I have a couple of questions regarding the recording function. I have contacted customer support, and I’m optimistic for a resolution. Thank you!!
