PKI wanted to track location of my son as… I wanted to track location of my son as he was coming home late for last few weeks. I was recommended by my friend to use mobistealth. Initially i had reservations about its quality of service due to some negative reviews on internet but their customer support assured me that negative reviews are mainly posted by competitors just to create negative impression and they also have 14 day refund policy. So i decided to give them try. i'm so happy with their service till now as i can easily track location of my son . I would highly recommend their product but keep this in mind that no tracking software can be 100% perfect due to nature of product.

GBAwesome app, better than others I have tried 2 similar apps, and they can’t compare to this one. I love this app, but unfortunately there are occasionally problems where it stops functioning as it should. I wish those kinks could get ironed out. But it still gets 4 stars from me. Thankfully, restarting the (target)phone gets it working again.

GBI purchased the 1 month Pro… I purchased the 1 month Pro subscription via ACH transfer last Sunday. I have called everyday since then to see what's going on but no one ever answers the customer service number. I have also sent several emails to figure out what is taking so long to get the info to actually start the service since the money has already been taken from my account. I have gotten 2 emails saying they have to pass my emails to all these different departments and someone called me back and ended up hanging up in my face after he asked me several times to resend the same emails I had already sent. I called 8 times again today and I'm still waiting to hear something. I would like to try the service but if it is a problem I just need someone to tell me what's going on and give me a refund. Money had been taken but I haven't been told anything about the service or when I'll be able to use it.

GBIt’s really a 3.5 because I can only… It’s really a 3.5 because I can only hear one side of the conversation which sounds distorted. Plus, in order to activate the surround recording, you have to send a text that IS visible on the target phone. I also have to download a file converter in order to listen to the recordings on IPhone. However the call log is 99.9% accurate which is better than the competitors.
