The whole concept is a world away from other email apps I've used and it makes huge difference when I'm dealing with 5 different email addresses and 30 or 40 clients at any given time. Its also really useful having poject management tools and to do lists in the same place as my email. Since all my work is essentially delivered by email, it means I don't have to keep switching screens and I can set up my tasks as and when I receive them—meaning they never slip through the net!

Very proactive Although I've never used Spike, I was very pleased when they responded to my report of a scammer sending emails via their system, to colleagues on my domain, and blocked the rogue user. It makes a pleasant change when a company lives up to its claims about taking security seriously.
