Spike is amazing! Spike is great! When I couldn't figure something out, I messaged them and they told me what to do right away! Spike always sends messages and isn't like gmail where it takes a long time! I would consider having spike! Spike is an awesome tool, it turns emails into something more readable and fun. I have tried many other similar services but nothing is as good as this one! If you manage multiple emails and want to have a smart solution to reply to all your emails spike is perfect!

Spike DOESNT WORK on Android 13 and Support is TERRIBLE Spike cannot download any new emails on Android 13. I reported it and worked with customer service for a whole week and they reset my account and it still didn't work, and then when I emailed again to tell them it didn't work, their support had lost all of our previous correspondence and said they had to start all over. And still Spike doesn't work on my Android 13. Very disappointing as a paying customer for the past 2 years. HORRIBLE support experience.

it's just stopped working but I have a way forward Have been a user for about six months and upgraded to paid version. Recently the android app has stopped working and I was asked by support to uninstall and reinstall to solve problem. I've done that three times and it just stops working every time. I don't have time to sort out the problem so I've just stopped using the app. Update - Liran contacted me and although the issue isn't yet resolved I do have confidence it will get better. Looking forward to getting back to all working soon....

Very proactive Although I've never used Spike, I was very pleased when they responded to my report of a scammer sending emails via their system, to colleagues on my domain, and blocked the rogue user. It makes a pleasant change when a company lives up to its claims about taking security seriously.
