NLThey don't give you a refund! I needed to pay to try all features out, but then I realised that Spike missed some critical features so I emailed them within 24 hours of my subscription asking to cancel my subscription. But they said they can't refund the money and I had to read their policy. So I warn everyone to watch out for Spikes money tricks!

SREmail Sorting per contact I love how the app sorts emails per contact and makes it possible to have read receipts so you know when someone opened your email. The calendar and note-taking in it as well makes all my work organized, especially since a lot of work-related things are done through mail, to be able to take notes and schedule meetings within the email client is great.

PTThe product is confusing when managing… The product is confusing when managing multiple mailboxes. It's a different approach over email but not the right one. Also, I had to subscribe for one month to add more mailboxes, but the refund policy only covers annual billing, which was not clear in the subscribe section.

GBVery proactive Although I've never used Spike, I was very pleased when they responded to my report of a scammer sending emails via their system, to colleagues on my domain, and blocked the rogue user. It makes a pleasant change when a company lives up to its claims about taking security seriously.
